What types of products does GDC make?
GDC offers an assortment of tabletop and home décor accessories. We like to think of our pieces as functional art. They are meant to be conversation pieces, with a story.

You can view the entire line of GDC products on this site, but we recommend you visit your nearest retailer located on this site. Most retailers do not carry our full line but are happy to special order any piece for you.

We are presently working on both an online catalog as well as a catalog by mail request.

Where are GDC products made?
GDC’s signature collection of endangered and threatened species is made iprimarily n the USA using sustainable and recycled materials where ever possible. We continue to add new pieces and materials, and our porcelain collection is made in Portugal.  Our fique baskets are made in Columbia and our Palm weaver birds are made in Bolivia.

How are GDC products made?
All of GDC pieces are handmade from skilled craftsmen in wood, pewter, recycled glass and other organic materials. From a paper sketch through production, each piece is produced carefully by hand which makes each piece unique. 

Is it normal to have variations in color and design?
Because all of our products are natural materials in natural finishes, they each carry their own unique beauty.

Are GDC products food safe?
All of our plated pewter items are completely food safe.  All of our wood products are finished with a natural hand rubbed beeswax which can be reapplied over time and is perfectly safe for all food items.

Please call, email, or fax us with your tax ID number and/or resale tax certificate, and we will be happy to discuss options with you.

What is your return policy?
Grant Dawson Collections guarantees our products to be free from defects and will promptly exchange any damaged or defective items.  Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of any damaged or defective items for return instructions.
